  20. it seems there are a few locked directories for anonymous ftp users.
  21. I got an PERMISSION DENIED, trying to download rootdisk.arc from
  22. <ftp://ftp.arm.uk.linux.org/pub/armlinux/distrib/install/>. The same
  23. problem occured with some other files.
